Join us for nature connection, yoga, and group discussion to dive deeper into awareness. Through these modalities, we will explore emotional, physical, relational, and external awareness. It is our hope you leave with a better understanding of what feeds the soul and helps you thrive individually and in community.

Meet the Facilitator

Kaylin is a Master of Social Work student at ETSU with an interest in clinical, somatic, and ecological therapy. She is certified as a 500-hour yoga instructor and before going back to school was a mental health peer support coach. As a fiction and fantasy writer, she uses storytelling to explore and understand the human experience. Her passions include nature, conservation, and human connection. Kaylin's greatest hope is to guide people in building self-awareness, understanding, and communication skills to develop deep, meaningful relationships.
