Our Approach
Cultivating deep connection with self, community, and wild nature within and around us.
For millennia, humankind lived in the embodied knowing that we are part of nature - and that we as humans contain, express, and rest in the same beauty, grandeur, and vibrancy that we witness and love in our experiences of Wild Nature. Sadly, the loss of this embodied knowing has led many to feel disconnected, alienated, and that something vital is missing. Wild Belonging is offered in hopes of meeting the longing for restored or deepened connection with community and with the wild landscape within and around us. To this end, participants will be guided into a few simple and ancient practices in service to powerfully connecting us with the wild nature within and without - the contact with which brings vitality, meaning, and sense of belonging and togetherness in the human and more than human community.
Just as in nature, our interior landscape moves in seasons.
“Too many of us lack intimacy with the natural world and with our souls, and consequently, we are doing untold damage to both.”
-Bill Plotkin
