My name is Anastasia Eames-Lynch. I love life and believe that we hold the power to create our own happiness. Lifestyle choices and habits matter, and there are so many aspects of daily living that impact our overall health and well-being. As a child, I grew up in the great outdoors of Washington, Montana, and Florida. My time spent in nature gave me a deep appreciation for our world. As a young adult, I moved to Johnson City, Tennessee and began planting my roots. I attended East Tennessee State University, earning my master's degree in clinical nutrition. My next big learning curve in life was becoming a mother! Between my college education and pregnancy, I learned so much about the human body and life! I then decided to continue my education by becoming an ISSA certified personal trainer. Nature, Nutrition, and physical activity are all key components of living a balanced, healthy life. Many of today's societal norms around health and wellness have led to a great disconnect from self. I hope to empower people to connect to their individual needs and learn to truly listen to their bodies. Our bodies are beautiful and complex. By addressing the body with a whole-health approach, one can create a sustainable life where they feel healthy, happy, and alive!
