“Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.”

-Kahlil Gibran

Earth Yoga at Fauna Forest Farm

At Fauna Farm, we are passionate about creating opportunities for healing and deep connection— connection with the land, the animals, the plants, with community, as well as with one’s own heart, soul, and body.

Come join us for yoga atop Fauna Farm’s “Mini Mountain,” with the accompaniment of Buffalo and Cherokee Mountains in sight to the South, or nestled into the private and serene “back pasture.”

Earth Yoga for everyone

Earth Yoga is an opportunity to be in connection with self, community, and the natural world. Nature-connected symbols, poems, quotes, meditations, and nature sit spots woven into the practice. A nature-connection practice begins each yoga practice.

Earth Yoga & Tea Circle

For Women

Earth Yoga & Tea is an opportunity for women to come together in a nurturing co-created space to receive the good medicine of women supporting women in deep connection with self, one another, and the wider earth community.

Each Earth Yoga session will include a guided nature-connection practice to open the yoga practice. Followed by 30 minutes of tea and connection with community following.

“my heart aches for sisters more than anything

it aches for women helping women

like flowers ache for spring”

-Rupi Kaur

Please note: This is an inclusive safe space— All who identify as women are welcome to join in this practice.

Please note: At Fauna Forest Farm, we strive to be an affirming safe space for all. We welcome people of all races, ethnicities, national origins, abilities, ages, religions, sexual/affectional orientations, and gender expansive identities. If you identify a way in which our programs or events could be more inclusive, we invite your feedback and are grateful to hear from you. If you are someone who has to regularly navigate the societal barriers to accessibility, we would value hearing from you ahead of time so that we can make sure there is a plan in place that works well for you prior to your arrival. We want to be transparent that we are a small start-up farm in the beginning stages and, thus, do not yet have as much infrastructure as we hope to have in the future, but we are committed to doing our best to meet everyone’s needs as we grow.
