Bodywork on the Farm with Erin Root

Slow, deep touch that nurtures your entire being

About Erin:

Erin is a mother of two who finds joy in movement, presence, and deep connection to the body. She is a farmer, a bodyworker, traveler, facilitator and friend. Her bodywork practice offers a slow, deep, attuned touch that helps others reconnect with themselves.

I trained at the Rolf Institute from 2011–2014 and continued my education with courses in Cranial Sacral Therapy. I listen with my hands, to FEEL your fascia, and then I follow its natural rhythms with the permission of your nervous system. My approach is slow and the pressure varies from the outer layers of your skin to bone deep. We literally journey together through your body— to create space and ease in your tissue, move out any tension, and free your breath so you can breathe bigger and easier.

Duration: ~1hr

Session fee: $125

Sessions happen in the yurt at the farm. Please come early if you feel called, to soak in the beauty of the farm while co-regulating with the trees:)
